🔁 Return Policy
At Synester Foundation, every item is made with intention — whether it's hand-printed apparel or custom gear for your build. Because many of our clothing items are made to order, all apparel sales are final.
We do this to minimize waste and keep production efficient while delivering unique, limited-run pieces made just for you.
🧥 Clothing & Apparel
- All sales are final. No returns on clothing unless there is a clear defect or mistake on our end.
- We do offer exchanges for unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help resolve it.
🔧 Accessories, Synester Glow, and Other Gear
- Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the customer’s expense.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply to all approved non-apparel returns.
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or installation are not eligible for return.
⚠️ Important
We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for any product damaged due to improper installation, use, or modifications. Please follow all instructions and install guides carefully.
