1-Year Limited Warranty on Synester Underglow

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on our Synester Underglow lighting system from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What’s Covered:

  • LED strips
  • Control modules
  • Wiring and connectors (if installed correctly)
  • App connectivity components

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear, including fading or discoloration
  • Damage from exposure to extreme conditions outside the recommended use
  • Any product without proof of purchase or with an altered serial number

Warranty Claims Process

If you believe your Synester Underglow product has a defect covered under warranty:
