1-Year Limited Warranty on Synester Underglow
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on our Synester Underglow lighting system from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What’s Covered:
- LED strips
- Control modules
- Wiring and connectors (if installed correctly)
- App connectivity components
What’s Not Covered:
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or modifications
- Normal wear and tear, including fading or discoloration
- Damage from exposure to extreme conditions outside the recommended use
- Any product without proof of purchase or with an altered serial number
Warranty Claims Process
