• Pre-Orders: For pre-order items, please refer to the product description for estimated production and shipping timelines. These may vary depending on demand or manufacturing lead times.
• Custom or Limited Drops: These may require additional time — we’ll always keep you updated if delays occur.
📬 Shipping & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder or contact us directly at info@synesterfoundation.
Please note:
- We cannot reroute packages once they’ve been shipped.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
